Powertrain PN 64026 Environmental Assessment (EA)

Notice of Availability for the Draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment and proposed Finding of No Significant Impact for Powertrain PN64026 Corpus Christi Army Depot at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas

Corpus Christi Army Depot announces the availability of a Supplemental Environmental Assessment prepared to analyze the potential environmental impacts resulting from the relocation of a duct bank and addition of 10 acres to the Army's lease with Naval Air Station Corpus Christi. The proposed actions includes the construction of an administrative annex, and infrastructure to support the facility. The analysis was conducted in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act.

The Final Environmental Assessment for the Powertrain project was published in August, 2015. As a result of substantial changes to the location of the duct bank and the need to add the additional acreage and upgrade stormwater infrastructure, Corpus Christi Army Depot determined that a Supplemental analysis was required. Copies of these documents are available at the Corpus Christi Central Library (805 Comanche, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401), and the Janet F. Harte Library, Flour Bluff Branch (2629 Waldron Road Corpus Christi, Texas 78418).
