Mr. Jeff Fluegge

Resource Management Officer

Jeff FlueggeJeff is the Resource Management Officer with over 30 years combined military and civilian experience. Born in Coronado, CA he began military service in 1980 as an enlisted airman in the United States Air Force. He served in numerous capacities as a security policeman, meteorologist, financial resource advisor, and a personnel/manpower manager. Jeff capitalized on his skills and experience to achieve the highest enlisted grade, Chief Master Sergeant in just under 20 years. Jeff transitioned to a civilian career in 2006 when he retired from the Air Force.

After leaving the military, Jeff worked in the civilian sector as a business manager, accountant, and an income tax specialist. Jeff joined the CCAD Team in May 2008 as a Budget Analyst in Resource Management, moved to the Chief, Production Analysis Team in July 2011, moved to Chief, Program Cost and Closure in June 2013, and finally to his current position in January 2014.

Jeff is knowledgeable in aspects of financial management, staffing, accounting, and operations/production management. He supports the depot by providing relevant financial and labor information to plan and execute customer orders as well as accounting for the myriad of costs charged to individual programs. His insights help develop innovative solutions while increasing accountability and visibility of the depots resources.

Jeff possesses a degree in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University and an Associate’s Degree in Meteorology from the Community College of the Air Force. He is Level 1 Certified in Production, Quality, and Management and Business Financial Management from the Defense Acquisition University.

  • Assess, evaluate and repair forward-deployed aircraft and components worldwide. Provide on-site depot capacity to the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence at Fort Rucker.
  • Support Active, Reserve and National Guard aviation maintenance skill development with hands-on training at the depot.


  • Provide our Nation the best value solution for modification, repair and overhaul of rotary wing components and aircraft; posture the depot to meet our Nation’s future requirements in peacetime and at war.
